AlmaU strives to provide disability-friendly infrastructure on these levels:

The university historically was among the first higher institutions in Almaty which provided a disability-friendly environment. AlmaU develops its learning spaces as disability friendly and inclusive.
AlmaU has a policy on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion that states: AlmaU is an inclusive, friendly and diverse community. AlmaU is committed to promote equal opportunities and to avoid any unlawful or unfair discrimination and harassment in the place of work or study.
The AlmaU Code of corporate ethics says that (paragraph 5.1.13.) discrimination on gender, age, political, religious grounds and other similar grounds is not allowed in the university. AlmaU sticks to the triple win principle, that any cooperation should be beneficial to the third party - to society.
