The University team sets a clear goal of making a meaningful contribution to the development of Kazakhstan via fruitful cooperation with the business, government and society. Cases of working with national government: co-foundation of the League of Academic Integrity of Kazakhstan to promote anti-plagiarism policy in academia. 2nd International Conference "Public Trust and Social Capital" was held in December 2021 where prominent national and international figures from academia, government, business, international organizations, NGOs and mass media took part as speakers and listeners. The deputy Dean of the AlmaU School of Politics and Law (SPL), Rim Abdullin, became a member of the Consultative and Advisory Body under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Dialogue Platform on the Human Dimension". SPL professor Andrey Chebotaryev is a member of the National Council Public Trust under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
