AlmaU held a business workshop from a sales professional, Andrey Levchenko
On December 10, 2018 AlmaU held a business workshop on the topic “Once sold - earned five times: the universal sales system “15 + 17” from a businessman, orator and speaker, business coach and business therapist, philologist and teacher - Andrey Levchenko.
Andrei Levchenko is a speaker with 35 years of experience. He actively makes speeches, conducts corporate training, presentations, gives interviews for business publications. A business owner, professional speaker, prepares businessmen and politicians according to his own method. Andrey also has a specialization in increasing network profitability, regular and emotional management, sales and service management, and effective communications.
“I do not sell anything! I help to buy.”
During his author's business workshop Andrey Levchenko, businessman and business coach, shared his opinion on marketing and effective sales system: “The main problem in sales and management is the lack of a real system. Now everything is called systems because everything with the word "system" is better sold, but not everything is it. "
According to Andrey, marketing and sales are inextricably linked and one person should preferably be responsible for them. Marketing department is responsible for promoting and attracting the flow of customers, and sales department is responsible for ensuring that customers stay, buy, and preferably more than once. The seller’s functions are very important, because the image of the company for the client is often the seller himself - the person who works directly with the client. That is why it is very important to implement correctly the system of training and the work of sellers of any level in the company: from training to directly service and sales system. Andrey stated that everyone around is selling, but not everyone has sold. The main message of this part of the speech: "Anything can be sold, who sells is more important!".
A sales guru Andrey Levchenko's business workshop was extremely intense and useful, and considered such tools as: “Sales Star”, where exactly that “System ...” and “Gold Standard of the Manager” are laid out and built up in practical form, helping to confirm the correctness of the choice made by the buyer, “control points” - collecting feedback for analyzing the relevance of the system and many others. Andrey also presented the basic rules for effective communications, the error matrix and features of RASCI application.
Here are some insights from Andrey’s workshop:
1. At the stage of “attraction” you should not overstate customers’ expectations, it is better to increase them at the stage of purchase, for greater satisfaction and creating a WOW effect.
2. The concept of “Consumer” includes such roles as: elector, expert / adviser, sponsor, user and buyer, creating certain communication messages, it is necessary to understand clearly who they are focused on.
3. To have more accurate "portraits" of your consumers, it is better to conduct spontaneous friendly conversations, rather than standard questionnaires or focus groups, as it is proved that with standard research methods, respondents do not say the truth in most cases.
4. It is enough for any company to be better than its competitors but not better than ALL!
5. Ideally, the main task of marketing is to make sales unnecessary. The rule is "If the value is clear, the price is not important!".
6. The best advertisement is a message about what is expected. A great example of advertising is the “Toilet” sign.
7. The correct image is better than a thousand words. All materials must be prepared for a specific target audience.
At the end of the seminar, a simple but so important formula for the sales system of happiness was revealed: HAPPINESS = EXPECTATIONS - REALITY, a customer is happy, a company is happy, too.
The master class was held at a high level with maximum efficiency. The audience did not let the speaker go for long and asked questions.
AlmaU is pleased to announce the next master workshop from Andrey Levchenko, which will be held on February 21-22, 2019, with a professional program for sales managers (1 day) and heads of sales and marketing departments (2 day).
