TVET Project "Transforming Rural Education"
Following AlmaU social and public mission, University in partnership with Zeinep Higher Multidisciplinary College held run an educational seminar on July 4-5 as part of the project "Transforming Rural Education" in the rural school of Lobanovo village supported by Educational state department of the Aiyrtau district in the North Kazakhstan.
More than 40 teachers from 8 rural schools of Aiyrtau district have participated in a practical educational intensive program by Almagul Kanagatova Eurasian Center for People Management to upgrade their pedagogical and professional skills.
In the framework of the Project 12 directors of rural schools in the Aiyrtau district participated in the psychological school assessment and analyzed foreign case studies to improve and establish the favorable academic climate in rural schools.
School leaders also designed their own approaches aimed to develop an integral educational ecosystem by Rinat Iskakov the leader of AlmaU project “Jana Mektebi” and Director of AlmaU Education Development Institute.
AlmaU continuously contributes to improving the quality of rural education via projects Aiyrtau district in the North Kazakhstan. AlmaU runs an important project to recover and rebuild Rural College in Lobanovo Village based on trust management aiming to establish upgraded rural educational ecosystem in the district starting from May 2022.
