Training for coaches: NIS staff is taught management at AlmaU
The participants of the two-day AlmaU training seminar will learn secrets of effective management in education (January 17-18). The training participants are employees of the center of pedagogical skills of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, whose task is to train the leaders of educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The first training within the framework of “Effective manager in education” seminar was held by Gulmira Kurganbayeva, Rector of Almaty Management University, an expert in the field of education. During her training on “Management of innovative processes in educational organization” Gulmira Amanzholovna told about types of management existing today, what will be in the future, how IT field, especially Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, relate to management in the field of education.
Sultanbek Tultabaev, business consultant, trainer, tutor of The Open University program, who implemented 12 consulting projects on implementation of the Strategy and CSP in Kazakhstani companies, spoke about the methods of teaching project management in educational institutions in the afternoon.
During the course, trainees did not just listen to the theory, but acquired practical skills in analyzing several cases and, using specific situations as an example, they learned how these techniques can be applied in the system of secondary education.
The training seminar will be held at AlmaU for 2 days. Following the results of training, trainees of the program will be able to find their own pedagogical and managerial style, as well as to determine the future professional and academic perspective.
