THE LAST ACADEMIC MOBILITY COMPETITION for Spring 2016
Exchange and Erasmus+ students are wanted!
AlmaU organizes the third and the last internal competition for all students willing to participate in Exchange or Erasmus+ programmes over semester Spring semester 2017.
Internal competition based on students interviews with Selection Commission in English language will be organized on November, 11th at 15.00-17.00 in room 215b.
Students may submit their applications before Friday, November 11th, at 12.00 in room 215b or 405. Applications submitted after the deadline WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Results of the competition will be announced within 1 week after the competition.
Last accessible places on unpaid exchange:
- NUCB, Japan (3 exchange places)
- Karel de Grote, Belgium (1 place in the frame of exchange programme + a possibility to gain Erasmus+ travel grant exceeding 800 EURO)
- Sehir University, Turkey (1 Erasmus+ grant)
- Dabrowa Gornicza, Poland (1 exchange place)
Also, you may still apply for paid exchange programmes at:
- Geneva Business School, Switzerland or Spain
- Coventry, UK
- St. Cloud, USA
- CEFAM, France
- Lazarski University, Poland
Students who have already applied for exchange programme this semester shall send an email confirming their willingness to participate in the selection process together with the names of preferential Partner Universities to: malgorzata.woch@almau.edu.kz, d.isenova@almau.edu.kz and a.kospanova@almau.edu.kz till Friday, November11th by 12.00 o’clock.
All other students shall submit their completed documents (hard copies) before Friday, November 11th by 12.00 o’clock in room 215b or 405.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Students willing to study in English must have a good, or a very good command of English language. English language certificates are highly appreciated (e.g. IELTS 6.0). English language proficiency will be verified during interview with Selection Committee.
REQUIRED APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
- CV and Motivation Letter written in English or Russian (depending on the language of instructure in Hosting University);
- Transcript of Records for 2015/2016 academic year with your GDP marked;
- Copy of your passport;
- Attestation nr 082, and a questionnaire that can be downloaded from: http://www.almau.edu.kz/9802 or https://www.facebook.com/groups/322523941273130/?ref=ts&fref=ts
- Two passport sized pictures 3*4 cm
- A copy of a (English) language, and other certificates (in any);
- Recommendation letter written in Russian or English by one of your professors, recommending you as a participant of exchange or Erasmus+ programme
