The first day of the international forum in Nur-Sultan city

On May 22, 2019  Pre-Day of III International Forum “Entrepreneurial Education for an Innovative Economy” for youth and city residents was held at Astana International Campus site of “Astana” International Financial Center  (AIFC).

500 people took part in Pre-Day. The guests visited workshops, trainings and master classes on development of entrepreneurial education:

  • “Design Thinking”, David Tuganov
  • “Innovation-entrepreneurial orientation of the individual: experience of research and development opportunities in the context of educational programs of different types”, Smetanova Yuliya
  • “Time is wealth” (Time-management), Chayarova Zhanar
  • “Entrepreneurship after university - 10 mistakes”, Galym and Aizhan Baytimbetovs
  • “Leaders are born or become?”, Askhat Abzhanov
  • “A global dream vision beyond the American Dream”, Dr. David Sohn
  • “Modern Negotiations: Integration of Values ​​and Interests”, Andrey Bulava
  • “How to create entrepreneurial socio-economic impacts”, Dr. Thorsten kliewe
  • “Entrepreneurship Fundamentals: From Zero to One”, Sindila Aureliu

And, AIFC representatives held sessions on the following topical issues:

  • “Employee VS Entrepreneur, on whose side are you?”, Dana Dzhakupova
  • “Art of Presentations”, Elmira Seidazimova
  • “Professions of the Future”, Sabina Ismailova

At the end of the first day, the participants came out inspired from attending such informative and innovative trainings.

Within two days, well-known international and Kazakhstani experts, leaders and representatives of the business and academic communities, government bodies, NGOs and the media, exchange views on the best practices of business education in the world, the features of such educational programs and trends in this area.

Khabar and Astana TV channels talked with key speakers to identify the relevance and benefits of the innovations that they are implementing in business education.

It is noteworthy that this year the Forum was organized by joint efforts of Almaty Management University, the Bureau of Continuing Professional Development of the Astana International Financial Center and Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The co-organizers are: "Atameken" National Chamber of Entrepreneurs  of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Association of Business Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Department of Education of Nur-Sultan city. And “Business Consulting Groups” Holding Company and “Success K” Strategic Communication Agency were the general partners.
