Consul attended the opening of the International Scientific Conference "Economics focus: Lessons for Development", organized by the School of Economics and AlmaU service.

Tour on the campus of the university with a visit of Museum of Innovation was held for the guest.

During conversation with executives of Almaty Management University, the General Consul of the People's Republic of China expressed interest in development of partnership of AlmaU with the Chinese higher education institutions, especially in the field of tourism. The idea about development of cooperation with the Chinese universities was supported also by the head of tourism department of Almaty Timur Duysengaliyev.
