Study for those, who study.

From 12 to 15th of January in Almaty Management University (former IAB) passed the winter school on development of professional skills and personal growth of teachers of higher educational institutions on the subject "The Modern Trends — Corporate Culture".

The purpose of winter school consists not only in creation of an open discussion platform for exchange of experience, implementation of innovative methods of training, creation and solidifying of corporate culture, but also in activation of creative potential of teachers, development of enterprise thinking, formation of a team of adherents.

The main part of the program was Elena Alekseeva’s trainings and master class, the leading teacher of theory and practice of competition of the Moscow Financial-Industrial University "Sinergiya”

The guests told colleagues about the technology of binary classes, methods, development of entrepreneurial thinking. The particular interest to the audience caused her workshops "Startup: Ideological generator, cases and brainstorming" and workshop / interactive case "Social Entrepreneurship".

Enlik Nurgaliyeva, the ex-vice-Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan, told participants of school about features of the new Labor code of RK and an order of its application. José Luis Abreu, the director of the Latin American Fund of Spenta University, PhD, the doctor of science in the field of management, shared with listeners the thoughts of a place of corporate culture in structure and organization activity.

In recent years in Kazakhstan mediation art – the ability to settle disputes is very popular. Bakhyt Zhumakayeva, the trainer-mediator and the director of center “Mediations and conflictologies” AlmaU told to attendees of control of alternative options of settlement of disputes and answered questions of audience.

During winter school, the first collection of business cases of Bolashak Association was also presented to the listeners. The book represents 31 cases, created in a co-authorship with AlmaU University teachers.
