Project objective - development of entrepreneurship in the environment of youth through involvement of mentors, and unification of the student's organizations from Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, Iraq and Kazakhstan, for the purpose of experience and knowledge exchange.
Dana and Madina told about a contribution of the Center of development of entrepreneurship and innovations of AlmaU to development of youth entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, in particular, about startup projects of students of university, which are already implemented. The trip to Lisbon became unforgettable for our students not only because of participation in the interesting project, but also because of the beautiful sights, which they managed to visit.
Girls visited Mosteiro dos Jerónimos - one of the most beautiful monasteries in Portugal, the tower of Belém (the symbol of Lisbon), walked on the Terreiro do Paço - very beautiful square in Lisbon, also known as Palace Square and the historical nucleus of the city - the fortress of Castelo de São Jorge. Moreover, admired a triumphal arch of Arco da Rua Augusta and tasted the Pastèis de Belém cake (the most known culinary sight of the country).
"With a great pleasure I want to express huge gratitude to "The center of development of entrepreneurship and innovations" and the student's organization Enactus AlmaU, for the given opportunity to take part in the international project "Mentoring for Youth Entrepreneurs". This project gave me a great opportunity to be acquainted with the experience of the countries - participants of the development of mentoring, which is very helpful for the further development of this direction in the framework of our university and Kazakhstan, - said Madina Nuketaeva. - I was lucky to meet new people from different countries, nationalities and cultures. I gained invaluable experience and a lot of new knowledge, which expanded my horizons. The trip to Portugal remained in my memory, as one of the brightest events".
