On September 23, the AlmaU team took part in the largest sports event "Almaty Marathon 2022"

On September 23, the AlmaU team participated in the largest sports event of this autumn - Almaty Marathon, 2022. AlmaU Team included Leadership, staff, faculty, students, and partners of the university, totally 37 people.

Our team took part in the following distances of routes:
- 10 km
- 21.1 km
- 42.2 km.

To support the participants AlmaU hosted series of open workshops aiming to provide professional consultations and recommendations for runners orginised by AlmaU School of Sport Management including:

• analysis of the route by experts Saltanat Kazybayeva, Aitimov Madi
• professional recommendations for runners during maraphones by Aziz Iskakov
• trainings with psychologist Victor Malchikov (runner, triathlete, climber) - prize winner in swinning and running competitions who also experienced 25 full marathon distances of 42 km, and Ironman participant - triathlon competition that included 3.8 km long swimming, 180 km. cycling, 42.195 km. running.
