Mars team. Everything will be in chocolate!

On February 19, 2016 Almaty Management University (before IAB) held guest lecture of the manager of the Mars company Dinara Muzalevskaya on the topic "Team management".

The lecturer finished Master program of the International Academy of Business (nowadays AlmaU) in PR&Marketing in 2005, has an impressive work experience in the sphere FMCG and huge baggage of knowledge and skills in marketing.

Now Dinara works in the Mars Company, on position of Customer Marketing Manager Chocolate.

Speaking to students of 3rd year major in «Management», Dinara told how to build an effective team, shared secret that she uses in the management of her team to achieve their goals. The students learned a lot about how to motivate employees and increase its effectiveness.
