Dear reader, you are waiting for our “journeys” to the world of education, or rather to a series of bright trainings and seminars on the theme “Education of the future: design, content and forms” within the framework of AlmaU-2019 International Summer School programme. The work of the Summer School is going on and the fourth day of training is over.
The fourth day of training began with the training of a certified trainer in the field of “Mine body” Alexandra Bigler “Working with the body and voice”. The uniqueness of the lesson was that it was held on the beach near the Black Sea. Listeners worked in pairs and, of course,the picturesque nature gave the spirit of vivacity and energy tillthe end of the Summer School.
Then, in the main part of the training “Evidence-based Education: From Educational Policy to Knowledge Transfer”, Professor Luo Sin Kai spoke about the opportunities of University of Hong Kong, about scholarships, and internships. Focusing on the importance of critical assessment, Professor Luo Sin Kai presented the audience with examples of the study of various scientists and their methodology. The training ended with distribution of informative material for students.

In the afternoon, a seminar was held by AlmaU Rector KurganbaevaGulmiraAmanzholovna on the topic "Comparative analysis of generations X, Y, Z: values and motivation". The content workshop of GulmiraAmanzholovna will remain in the trainees’ memory for a long time. She presented various cases describing each generation and their behavior. In her presentation, the expert identified each psychotype and its description. The practical part of the seminar was solved in an original way, for instanceGulmiraAmanzholovna described everytrainee according to the corresponding psychotype.
