AlmaU students were recognized as the best “young experts of valuation”!
November 27 of 2015. On the eve of the 15th anniversary since the adoption of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “About valuation activity in the republic of Kazakhstan”, Almaty City House of Appraisers conducted Republican intellectual game “Young experts of valuation”.
There were 6 teams from diverse universities which participated in this game: KazNITU named after K.I. Satpayev, UIB, Karaganda economic university, NEU and AlmaU. Almaty Management University (earlier IAB) at this game was represented by two teams: “Intellectuals” and “Three approaches – three dzhigits” under the guidance of the senior teacher of “Economics and Valuation” department Azamat Doschanov.
Intellectual game consisted of four stages. Teams prepared “home work” – reports on actual themes in the field of valuation activity. Besides, guys were suggested to battle in theory knowledge and quickness of reaction when guessing crossword “Crossvaluation”, to compete in erudition and savvy in the tour “Question-answer” from famous appraisers. At the final stage “Guess the price” teams showed their intuition, trying to determine market price of diverse objects, photos of which were sent by practicing appraisers from all the corners of Kazakhstan. Some questions were sent even by Russians – leading professional appraisers and experts, members of the Russian society of appraisers.
According to results of the game, jury which consisted of professional Kazakhstan appraisers and experts awarder victory to the team of AlmaU students “Intellectuals” (Abdrakhimov Linar, Guchigova Alina, Abulkhairova Muhabbat, 4th year students of the specialty “Valuation”). The second place was shared by the team “Griffindor” from KazNITU named after K.I.Satpayev and “DAR” team from Karaganda Economical University. The third place was shared by teams “UIB Appraisal” from University of International Business, “Appraiser” from the New Economic University named at T.Ryskulov and “Three dzhigits – three approaches” from AlmaU.
It is necessary to notice that performance of the team “Three Dzhigits – Three Approaches” (Baratov Alisher, Zaripov Sultan, Sabyraly Nurbol, 3rd year students, valuation), was recognized as the most original one. In their performance they metaphorically presented using in the sphere of valuation so-called “costly”, “comparative” and “profitable” approaches – from the point of view of young guys dating wiht the girls.
All the participants were awarded by diploma and memorable prizes.
