AlmaU professors give lectures in France

On the week of 10-14 December 2018, Professor of AlmaU Graduate School of Business Dr. Akmaral Altaliyeva had a teaching mobilty at ICD International Business School (Paris, France) under Erasmus+ program.

Dr. Altaliyeva gave the lecture on International Human Resources Management, which 24 teaching hours program in module format. The class was very diverse with students from France, Italy, India, China and Kazakhstan.

In addition, she had very productive meetings with ICD colleague’s professors Dhouha El Amri, David Rutambuka, Lila Guermas, as well as AlmaU students in ICD. Dr. Dhouha El Amri and Dr. David Rutambuka send warm greetings to AlmaU staff and students, as they already visited AlmaU in Spring 2018 under Erasmus teaching mobility. Erasmus + is a European Union Student Exchange program which is also applicable for Academic Faculty and Staff from partner institutions. This program allows cross-border cooperation and promotes cultural and educational exchange. Erasmus+ mobility is a great way to internationalize the students body, faculty and staff, as well as improve the local infrastructure to host international guests. The mobility can result in tighter links between the institutions, fruitful exchange of knowledge, ideas, experience; as well as can result in joint research and project collaborations.

Almaty Management University and École de commerce et de Marketing ICD are continuing a strong partnership with mutual exchanges, beneficial projects and even a new opportunity for AlmaU Master students - a Double Degree with ICD.
