Almaty Management University's MBA program entered the top 250 in the world and the top 35

 

The Graduate School of Business of Almaty Management University (AlmaU) is the only business school in Kazakhstan, whose MBA program was ranked in the QS World University Rankings: Global MBA Rankings 2022 for the third consequtive year. The ranking includes the following business schools of the CIS countries:

· Graduate School of Business (201-250) - Kazakhstan

· School of Business and International Proficiency (MGIMO University) (201-250) - Russia

· Kazan Federal University (251+) - Russia

Out of 286 MBA programs from around the world included in the global MBA 2022 ranking, the Graduate School of Business was ranked 201-250.

The program received the highest score in Diversity (49) and came closest to the average level among participants in Entrepreneurship and Alumni Outcomes, which indicates the positive dynamics of the development of the General MBA program’s students cohort according to international standards of business education.

Among business schools in Asia, AlmaU was ranked 35th out of 41 best business schools. Kazakhstan's AlmaU entered the rating together with INSEAD (multi campus business school, campuses in France, Singapore and the UAE), CEIBS (China), Shanghai Jiao Tong (Antai) (China), NUCB Business School (Japan), Yonsei School of Business (South Korea) and others.

In 2021, the ranking included 286 business schools from 45 countries of the world, in 2020 - 258, in 2019 - 240, in 2018 - 232.
