“3 whales of successful negotiations” from Daniyar Batyrbayev

On October 27 AlmaU held the meeting for the 4th year students of the “Regional Studies” course with the General Producer of the musical premium EMA, earlier the executive producer of “Informbureau” on the 31st channel, producer of TV channel Kazakh.tv, journalist, presenter, anchorman – Daniyar Batyrbayev. 

The topic of the meeting was defined as “Rules of successful negotiations”. According to the words of Daniyar, all his life – is the series of negotiation processes with absolutely different audiences on diametrically versatile themes. 

According to his experience, Daniyar has developed for himself and shared with students three main rules of the success in negotiations:

1. Who starts negotiations – rules them;

2. Always wins the one, who comes to negotiations with the smile on his/her face;

3. The success of negotiations depends on the “eye to eye” conversation with interlocutor.

Also Daniyar paid his attention to the significance of voice timbre. Students practiced in actor skills, learn the techniques of “awakening” voice. But,the most important thing, as noted our guest – is tranquility in any situations and under any outcome of negotiations.
