Expanding opportunities: the Ambassador of Malaysia along with the Counsellor of the Trade Section (MATRADE) met with Almaty Management University team
On November 20th his Excellency, Mr. Dato’ Syed Bakri, the Ambassador of Malaysia along with Mr. Suresh Kumar, the Counsellor of the Trade Section (MATRADE) met with Almaty Management University team to discuss cooperation opportunities and possibilities.
AlmaU has several partner universities in Malaysia, including Taylor’s University, University of Kuala Lumpur, Sunway University, Binary university, University of Malaya, University Tun Abdul Rozak, Universiti Tekhnikal Mara. AlmaU is proud to be a multicultural hub with students and faculty coming from different ethnical, religious and cultural backgrounds. Malaysian students actively come to AlmaU as exchange students and participate in events such as International Day where they represent their country and share experiences with other students.
Partnership with Malaysia opens up opportunities for our School of Hospitality and Tourism as we have a strong partner – Tayor’s University in this area, gives a networking space for the Kazakhstani Executive Education promotion abroad and allows us to send local students for exchange into the wonderful country of Malaysia.
