"Vector" career guidance school  is a project created by Nurgisa during the first year of "Management" specialty  (Minor-Entrepreneurship program with "Entrepreneurship" additional trajectory of training). The idea of the project was originated less than a year ago, when he, being an applicant, faced a choice of  profession and university.

Nurgisa recalls that when enrolling he experienced great difficulties in choosing a career of life. Nobody could help him: there were no qualitative career counseling centers, and parents said that the best specialty was the one for which there was a grant.

A beginning entrepreneur Nurgisa  sees not only a way to make money in thelack of qualitative career guidance in Kazakhstan,, but, first and foremost, the opportunity to help thousands of school graduates and  applicants determine their future profession and  a career of life.

Applicants during the master class shared their plans and told that they chose a profession, but they do not know well what they will do when they become specialists in the chosen career. Nurgisa offered them guys  to do internship or training and consult with those people who have been working in this field for long time.

- The master class made me stronger and more ambitious, I have much to grow, I took into account all my mistakes and will correct them, - says Nurgisa Token.
