Yuri Rossinski: “Sincere cohesion comes after conflict”
On 26th of August in Almaty Management University (earlier IAB) was master-class of AlmaU MBA program’s business-trainer Yuri Rossinski on the topic “Psychology in business – social soft of manager’s success”.
Corresponding member of the International Academy of psychological sciences Yuri Rossinski touched the most spread problems, which are faced by business managers.
Mostly covered leadership, conflicts management, stress management, “zapping”, motivation and other interesting themes for managers. Talking about leadership, lecturer highlighted that manager and leader in company is not the same. Even the functions that they carry out in a team are not the same. So, if the manager is interested in his subordinates to do their jobs on 100% and bring the highest profit to company, leader wants his colleagues’ interests, including personal, family to be met. Leader will always be on the side of a human, while manager will always be on the side of an organization. Nevertheless, exactly head of the company has to actively participate in finding out and nurturing of informal “leaders” of his team – otherwise they will appear anyway, but there is a chance that they will work on destructuration of business. Business-trainer also demonstrated some curious dodges (absolutely harmless) of how some settings can effectively work and influence on consciousness of the object, and there is a chance that object won’t even notice that. The role of the conflict in business is pretty interesting, it is impossible to build sincere cohesion in team without it – that’s the opinion of business-trainer. According to his opinion, we can say the same about family.
Yuri Aleksandrovich also invited all the visitors to the seminar “Happiness: from parent to child” (it will happen at the 10th of October of this year), on which he promised to tell about how to get rid of negative settings, that we’ve received from parents and educate happy and successful child.
