Let’s talk! University’s top-management lunch with international exchange students
On April 11, a second round of University’s top management representatives lunch with international exchange students from Tajikistan and Malaysia took place at AlmaU.
Rector, Kanagatova Almagul; Vice-rector, Gulmira Kurganbayeva; and Rector’s adviser, Irina Khan met international exchange students from Malaysia and Tajikistan.
Students shared their impressions and experience of living and studying in Kazakhstan. Also, a number of practical questions was raised during the meeting. Most of them concerned personal experience of students in Almaty, their social life, and offered study opportunities. Problematic issues were also widely discussed, as one of the main aim of those lunch talks is to improve the quality of services provided to international students at AlmaU, as well as to diversity and enrich proposed study offer.
Direct exchange of valuable piece of information, advice, and recommendations with University’s management was appreciated by both sides.
