AlmaU President participated in the 19th BMDA Annual Conference
On October 07-08, 2021, the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA, Lithuania) run 19th Annual Conference “ IS THE WORLD REALLY BURNINOUT? Mastering new reality” in online format.
The 19th Annual BMDA conference was attended by 160 participants from 24 countries (Lithuania, Russia, Estonia, India, USA, France, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, Georgia, The Netherlands, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Portugal, Slovenia, Namibia, Peru, Brazil, Spain, Great Britain, Check republic, China).
AlmaU President participated in Panel “Academic Solutions and Insights”. The session has been attended by prof. Enn Listra – Dean of School of Business and Governance, TalTach (Estonia), prof. Sherif Kamel - Dean of School of Business at the American University in Cairo (Egypt), and lead by the moderator of the panel - Dr. Timothy S. Mescon - V.P. and Chief Officer- Europe, Middle East and Africa, AACSB International (The Netherlands). The discussion gave participants space to think how does happiness effect the success in life and how it can be used leading business school. Panelists run talks on their experience to prevent burnout and create a culture of mental health and wellness intere institutions. Dr. Kozhakhmetov shared a speech on the topic “Should you burn out with a passionate heart?”.
During the Conference AlmaU was awarded with the BMDA Award for Significant impact.
